Our shopping cart software uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as your credit card number. All billing and shipping information is transmitted in Secure Mode.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. You can also pay for your order directly from your checking account by using a VISA or MasterCard check card or debit card. If you prefer to mail your order along with a check, click here to print an order form. We also accept credit card orders by phone.
After you enter your credit card information, you will receive two Order Confirmations to your email address-one to confirm your order and one to confirm your credit card transaction. No paperwork is generated. You may print the Order Confirmations and use them as an invoice or a receipt.

Worm orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday by Priority Mail. We regret that we cannot ship our live worms outside the Continental United States. We also do not sell our worm recycling bins without the included redworms; therefore, we cannot ship our recycling bins outside the Continental United States. We do not accept international orders at this time.
Shipping and handling is included in the price of all orders, unless otherwise noted. At this time all orders are shipped via USPS.
We do not ship worms during extremely hot or extremely cold temperatures. We will contact you if the weather is a delaying factor. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive all other orders, although we usually ship much sooner. If you have a problem or question about the order you received, please contact us.
