Ordering Info

All products ship Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Normal shipping times are 3 to 4 days but this is not a guarantee. Shipping and handling is included in the price of all orders, unless otherwise noted.

Once a shipment is mailed we no longer have any control over when it will arrive. There are times of the year, especially during the holiday season, when a shipment could be delayed. If your shipment is lost we will give you a refund after 30 days. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund (minus the cost of shipping) after you have returned the item and we determine it to be in good repair. There will be no refunds after 60 days of the original purchase.

Worm orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday by Priority Mail. We regret that we cannot ship our live worms outside the Continental United States. We also do not sell our small Wacky Worm Recycling Bins without the included redworms; therefore, we cannot ship our small Wacky Worm Recycling Bins outside the Continental United States.

We are happy to ship all our other products, including our Wacky Worm Bin (which can be bought by itself), outside the Continental United States. However, additional shipping charges will apply. We do not accept International orders at this time.

We do not ship worms during extremely hot or extremely cold temperatures. We will contact you if the weather is a delaying factor. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of being received. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. Our shopping cart software uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as your credit card number. All billing and shipping information is transmitted in Secure Mode.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. You can also pay for your order directly from your checking account by using a VISA or MasterCard check card or debit card. If you prefer to mail your order along with a check, click here to print an order form. We also accept credit card orders by phone.

After you enter your credit card information, you will receive two Order Confirmations to your email address-one to confirm your order, and one to confirm your credit card transaction. No paperwork is generated. You may print the email Order Confirmations to use as an invoice or a receipt.
