All
products ship Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
Normal shipping times are 3 to
4 days but this is not a guarantee.
Once
a shipment is mailed we no longer have any control
over when it will arrive. There are times
of the year, especially during the holiday season,
when a shipment could be delayed. If your shipment
is lost we will give you a refund after 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will
be happy to issue you a refund (minus the cost
of shipping) after you have returned the item and
we determine it to be in good repair. There will
be no refunds after 60 days of the original purchase.
Worm orders are shipped on Monday or
Tuesday by Priority Mail. We regret that we cannot
ship our live worms outside the Continental United
States. We also do not sell our small worm
recycling bins without the included redworms; therefore,
we cannot ship our small recycling bins outside the
Continental United States.
